It is often said that the subconscious does not know the difference between  what you are visualising and what is really happening so if you can visualise your goals it will have a knock on effect on the rest of your body and your subconscious will see to it that those goals become closer to reality.

I read about a clinical experiment involving visualisation recently, where a person was wired up to monitor their heartbeat along with a host of other experiments to check how their bodies reacted when they tarted to visualise. Sure enough, just by thinking and visualising the heart started beating faster, pupils dilated, temperature changed, etc, etc.

Just think about it for a minute, try thinking about something that either excites or scares you and you can notice the changes in your own body without the need for medical experiments.

Can you now begin to see that out of all the positive thinking techniques, visualization is so extremely powerful.
